Where we ship

IsoTac Arms is pleased to provide domestic and limited international shipping options, offering delivery to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but occasionally delays can occur that are outside of our control. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email. Please keep in mind that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Shipping rates & timing

IsoTac Arms products ship using multiple shipping rates (depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen). The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

For return items, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. IsoTac Arms strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Custom pieces cannot be accepted for return. Please ensure we have accurate order specifications to prevent any miscommunication of desired custom work details prior to beginning work for you.
