How do I ship my firearm or slide to you?
Please follow the instructions linked here: Shipping Instructions
1. Select the options you want, add them to your cart, and place your order through our site.
2. IsoTac will email you an inbound shipping label within 48 hours (M-F).
3. Securely package your slide or firearm to avoid damage in shipping; IsoTac does not accept liability for damage incurred in shipping.
What is the process to modify my firearm or slide?
1. Select the modification options you would like here: Modifications
2. Add the options to your cart, and checkout just like purchasing a physical product.

If I have my barrel ported do I need to have a top window as well?
If your slide is an open top design (similar to a Beretta 92) or already has a sufficiently large factory top window to accomodate our ports, you can choose the open top porting option, linked here: Open Slide Barrel Porting
If your slide is enclosed, meaning there is NO top window in the slide, we will need to cut a top window to allow the ports to operate correctly. Choose the enclosed slide option linked here: Enclosed Slide Barrel Porting
How many ports will my barrel receive?
Number of barrel ports is determined by slide & barrel length, with longer slides like the Glock 34 or 17 receiving six (6), and shorter barrels like the Sig 365 receiving three (3) ports.

Do I need to add cerakote to my order?
Not unless you want an additional color, or a pattern applied to your slide or firearm.
Cerakote recoating in a matching color (matched to your original color) is included for each individual service (barrel porting, slide windows, optic cuts, etc).
What platforms do you offer optic cuts for?
Currently we can optic cut (machine the slide to accept the optic with or without an adapter plate) nearly all semi-automatic pistols, including but not limited to:

What optic footprints do you offer for optic cuts?
Currently we offer all of the following both as direct cut mounting options as well as in plate format:

How do I add a cerakote pattern or camo to my order?
Select the pattern/camo option as part of your modification package and let us know the details or drop us as link to an inspiration image in the order comments.
